ACT CISM
ACT Critical Incident Stress Management Information service Inc. A great resource for front line services who from time to time deal with difficult or aggressive behavior. CISM offers free/discounted training sessions and a 24 x 7 Crisis Line (upon application)
Red Cross
Food Safety Auditor and Food Safety Supervisor Contact details: (sometimes Red Cross asks for a fee, but not often)
ACT Health - Health Protection Services - Kitchen Inspections
Environmental Health Officers do routine health and safety kitchen inspections in compliance with the ACT Food Act 2001 for all registered businesses. If you would like assistance in setting up a ‘kitchen’, OR advice on whether or not to register your food service this government agency will guide you through the process.

TRAHCS
Is a Registered Training Organisation with experience in delivering training to the Community Services and Health Industries. They run vocational courses for skilling staff and will also tailor workshops and training sessions on food handling or risk management with clients for a small fee.
