Schedule 1: The Parties to the Agreement
This Schedule of the Standard Funding Agreement identifies who the parties to the agreement are.Back to Funding: The Standard Funding Agreement
[Comment: this schedule identifies who the parties are that the agreement is between.]
[Comment: Make sure that the organisations details are right. Not just the ABN, but also how you describe the legal entity that is your organisation. Most community organisations are either a company limited by guarantee, or more likely an incorporated association under the ACT Associations Incorporation Act. So, use the title that you use when describing your organisation to the Registrar Generals Office or ASIC.]
[Comment: it is important to work out how to describe the agreement managers, for both the Territory and the community organisation, and who they are. Often this will be a generic description of a persons title rather than naming an actual person. A clear description is useful to assist with any dispute resolution process that may be initiated under the agreement so that a line of escalation can be followed.
If a person is named then this will need to be updated when that person moves on. This can be done by a mutual exchange of letters.]
