3.2 Board has adequate opportunities (both in meetings and outside meetings) to have input and make decisions

3.3 Chair ensures accurate minutes are kept, approved by board and signed by Chair
4. Public representation of board and organisation as required4.1 As required
5. Attend and chair board meetings 5.1 Attendance at all meetings (unless chairing responsibility delegated properly)

5.2 No unexplained absences at board meetings (More than 1 such absence will result in immediate dismissal)
6. Make recommendations to board about prudent management of board matters6.1 Recommendations made as necessary
7. Meet regularly with the Executive Officer7.1 Regular meetings are held in addition to ongoing liaison
8. Deal with disputes and conflicts referred to the Chair8.1 As required by the organisation's Policy and Procedures
