Because community organisations are often very focussed on the task at hand, we sometimes forget to plan for the future. All of the worst examples of problems in community organisations usually stem from a failure to properly plan ahead. Remember, you should always be working to ensure that your organisation lasts for years into the future, not just getting to the end of the day.
