Raising the Standard
ACTCOSS is supporting community sector organisations who are using the generic quality tool "Raising the Standard". Support can range from phone "help desk" inquiries, being connected to the Standards Email Network, to working through the self-assessment tool.

Organisations using, or thinking of using, Raising the Standard are encouraged to keep in contact with ACTCOSS to benefit from:

sharing experiences with other organisations using quality tools,
attending discussions and seminars around standards, and
to keep up to date with any developments in quality processes.

Many organisations find that using Raising the Standard is linking to other organisational processes like strategic planning, policy and procedure development, and risk management. ACTCOSS links organisations requiring support for these processes to our one-on-one consultancy service.
