We'll let you know when we have received your application, if there's anything else we need from you, and we'll outline what happens next.

Annual Membership Fees

Please note: Fees are subject to review on an annual basis. All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

Associates (individuals)

Community Organisations (not-for-profits)

Annual membership fees are based on an organisation's total revenue during the past year. Revenue is the gross amount of private and government grants, donations, fundraising proceeds, membership fees, and all other income.

Affiliates (for-profits, government bodies)

Set Annual Fee: $580

Application Process

Approval: To be accepted as a member, we'll send your application to our Board for approval. This is a requirement in our Constitution.

The approval process can take up to 2 months. We'll contact you if we require more information for your application. Upon approval, we'll send you an invoice.

Providing Payment: No need to provide payment until you receive an invoice from ACTCOSS. We'll invoice you upon approval of your membership application.

Fees: Fees apply for the financial year you joined. If you are joining between January and June, we will invoice you pro-rata for the remainder of the current financial year. If you or your organisation is experiencing financial hardship, please let us know and we will look into alternative arrangements.

Renewing: We send out renewal forms before the beginning of each financial year.
