Ashurst will present an interactive and practical series of three seminars addressing key legal issues for not-for-profit organisations, including:

- Reporting requirements for charities
- Maintaining tax concessions
- Fundraising
- Mergers, partnerships, and MOUs
- Compliance and risk
The seminars and networking lunch will be held under Chatham House Rules.
Registration and light breakfast followed by welcome from 8.30am to 9am.
Session 1 - Governance - from 9am to 10am.
Session 2 - Employment - from 10.10am to 11.10am.
Session 3 - Funding and Fundraising - from 11.20am to 12.20pm.
Networking lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
