This workshop offers you creative and practical ways to engage and support your team in developing quality and pursuing innovation in management practices, policy development, advocacy and service delivery.
Team leaders and managers will be supported to develop and implement practices based on an action-reflection model and to use ‘Raising the Standard’ as a framework to capture quality and continuous improvement practices and integrate them in day to day work.
