These community of practice style sessions offer an opportunity to delve deeper into an area of interest identified by participants of the Ready4 Partnerships and Collaboration workshops and forums. The sessions are facilitated as stand-alone sessions, enabling you to engage with topics that interest you at a time that works best for you.

The sessions offered in June will focus on Opportunity Management. Each session offers the opportunity to focus on developing organisational capacity to perceive and manage risks and opportunities, particularly those presented through formal and informal collaboration.

Organisations in the community sector, as in any other sector, are continually faced with challenges and influences that have the potential to impact organisational objectives and therefore present significant risk. Risk can be perceived as either an opportunity or as a threat. Risk and Opportunity management tools and frameworks provide a strategic and systematic approach to identifying, monitoring and mitigating risk and identifying, harnessing and developing opportunity.

The dates for the sessions in June are:

Mon 6 Jun 9.30-11.00am

Tues 14 Jun 9.30-11.00am
