The Better Monitoring and Evaluation: Program Logics, Program Outcomes workshops will support organisations clarify, identify and develop a shared understanding of program/s. They will also show how these processes and frameworks provide an evidence-based platform for further and or expanded funding submissions.

There are three Better Monitoring and Evaluation: Program Logics, Program Outcomes workshops with each workshop focusing on building, identifying and developing the skills to develop your own Service Improvement Plan-Program Logic.

Workshop 1. What is a Program Logic? Identifying the purpose and activities of program/s through a systematic and structured approach and analysis. This workshop will identify the how, who, why, what, when of your program/s activities.

Workshop 2. This workshop will identify the intended Outcomes in your service. What outcomes do you expect to see from a client engaging in your service? What changes do you expect to occur from a client being engaged with your service? How can you capture these outcomes to better demonstrate the value of your service which can be used for funding and or ongoing program monitoring and evaluation.

Workshop 3. Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks. The Monitoring and Evaluation workshop will assist you in developing a robust checklist for monitoring evaluation including KPI’s, data sources, collection methods and program activities. Data collection and reporting is an excellent investment ensuring the work and outcomes you are achieving are represented and advocated.
