As requested at the Special General Meeting held in July this year, the ACTCOSS Board have refined the details of the proposed Constitutional changes that were not passed. The proposed resolutions seek to clarify the transition process to 3-year terms for existing Directors, as well as implement small changes to language and structure within the Constitution.
In order to take effect, two resolutions will need to be passed at a Special General Meeting of ACTCOSS members. The ACTCOSS Board has called this meeting, to be held on Monday 9 September at 5:30pm, to follow the Member Forum on 2020 ACT Election strategy.
Members may send a proxy after completing a proxy form. Only financial ACTCOSS members will be eligible to vote.
