Social Housing and Homelessness Services have been working for some time on a review of the youth homelessness service system. Prior to releasing tenders for service provision in this new system, Procurement Solutions has released a pre-tender consultation paper on the provision of youth homelessness services. ACTCOSS and the Youth Coalition of the ACT provided this joint response.
