Advertising & Hire

We provide a number of fee-for-service opportunities to advertise and hire equipment. We also offer some office facilities.

Please check details below. Contact us for more information. We will provide a written quote wherever possible, and invoice you after the service is complete.

All prices include GST.

This is for events with an entry fee, such as conferences, training and fundraising events. Find out about submitting an Event Ad (docx).

Hire Equipment

Note: Equipment hire is only available to current ACTCOSS community organisation members.

ACTCOSS has a small range of ICT hardware we may be able to hire out to members, such as laptop, slide remote, light projector, projector screen, and voice recorder. Please contact us.

Portable hearing loop: Contact ACT Deafness Resource Centre to hire their loop. If unavailable, contact us and we can hire out ours to you. Requires setup by ACT Deafness Resource Centre.

Conditions: If any negligent or malicious damage is inflicted upon the equipment, the hirer is liable for the repair costs or 50% of the replacement cost.


Office Facilities

Photocopying

We offer our photocopier for use by ACTCOSS members for small copying runs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Workspace

Depending on availability, we may have a spare workspace at our office which includes a desk, desktop computer, internet access, and access to a photocopier.

Members are welcome to come in and use the workspace for a few hours or a couple of days, depending on availability. This is a free service for members.

Note: If you choose to print or photocopy while using the workspace, this will incur the charges for photocopying listed above.

Meeting Room Hire

Note: Meeting room hire is for tenants of the Weston Community Hub only.

ACTCOSS manages the hire of the meeting room on level 1 of the Weston Community Hub.

If you are a tenant of the Weston Community Hub and would like to hire the level 1 meeting room, please contact us.


Weston Hub Community Hall Hire

The Weston Hub Community Hall is managed by the Weston Creek Community Centre. You can contact them by phoning 02 6288 1144.
