Reporting to the Executive Manager People and Culture, you will be responsible for providing contemporary and comprehensive HR advice, services and administrative support with a particular focus on:
- employee and volunteer recruitment
- on-boarding and induction
- administeringexisting and new HR IT systems.
People and Culture is made up of a team of four including a Marketing and Communications professional. Together we will be developing an Employee Value Proposition, as part of our Strategic Plan, to ensure internal communications, BCS’s brand / image and employment experience and benefits clearly link to and supportthisEVP.
The successful candidate will be team focussed, self-motivated and results driven with a positive, can-do approach.You will also be someone who can effectively deliver key services in conjunction with essential administrativeduties.You will have a passion for:
- developing and implementing best practice principles and processes particularly associated with Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction.
